These steps will only work if you have another device that can use Duo as an authenticator. If not, please fill out the Identity Verification Form by clicking on the "Identity Verification Form" Service in the "Related Services / Offerings" section of this article.
- Go to my.okstate.edu and sign in with your O-Key credentials to trigger the Duo Mobile Authenticator.
- If the Authenticator does not appear, open a private window in your browser and retry the above step.
- Once the Authenticator is triggered, click "Other Options" at the bottom of the pop-up.

- Another pop-up will appear. On this one, click "Manage Devices".

- A pop-up will appear. Please click whatever option is best for you to authenticate with another device.

- Once you have authenticated, click on the icon that says "Add a Device".

- A new pop-up will appear prompting you to either install Duo Mobile, add a Security Key, or add a Phone Number. Please click "Phone Number".

- You will then be prompted to add your phone number. Enter and press "Continue".

- Select "Send me a passcode" to receive a confirmation code.

- Once you have received and entered the correct passcode, a new pop-up will appear. Click "Continue."

- A new phone number has been added to your Duo account. You should have that phone number as an option from now on whenever you authenticate to Duo.
