Purpose
This article explains how to delete a Teams recording.
Requirements
- Valid O-Key account.
- Teams web app or Teams desktop app.
- Internet connection.
Step-by-Step Procedures
Teams web app
- Open Teams web app and Sign in.
- In the menu, click OneDrive.
- In the left column, click My Files.
- Within My Files, click Recordings folder.
- Choose the recording that you wish to delete by clicking on it so it will put a check mark by the name.
- While the recording is checked, click Delete in the top ribbon.
- A pop-up will occur verifying if you are sure on deleting the recording and click Delete.
Teams desktop app
- Open the Teams desktop app and Sign in.
- In the left column click Onedrive.
- Click My Files.
- Within My Files click Recordings folder.
- Choose the recording that you wish to delete by clicking on it so it will put a check mark by the name.
- While the recording is selected, click Delete in the top ribbon
- A pop-up will occur verifying if you are sure on deleting the recording and click Delete.
