Students, faculty and staff in the OSU/A&M system have access to a license called A5 Extra Features. This license expands your Microsoft toolkit to with several additional security, collaboration and productivity features. Program and capabilities include:
- Clipchamp - creates and edits professional-looking videos with easy-to-use recording and production tools
- Microsoft Loop - facilitates real-time collaboration by bringing shared content, tasks and ideas into a flexible workspace
- Office365 SafeDocs - scans Office documents for potential threats before they are opened
- Endpoint DLP - protects sensitive information by monitoring and preventing data loss on university-managed devices
- Insider Risk Management - identifies potential security risks using AI-driven analytics to detect data leaks, policy violations and other risky behavior
- ML-Based Classifications - classifies and labels sensitive information to support governance and compliance efforts
- Remote Help - enables secure remote support sessions that allow IT staff to troubleshoot devices directly using Microsoft Intune
