Purpose

This self help article will help students and faculty to log in to their OSU provided Zoom account through the desktop app or the web client. 

Requirements

Step by Step Procedures

Desktop App

  1. Open your Zoom desktop app and select “SSO” at the bottom of the dialogue box.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  2. Enter the OSU Zoom domain: okstate-edu.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  3. Login using your O-Key email address and password.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  4. If prompted by DUO, select your preferred Multifactor Authentication method.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  5. You may be prompted to “Stay signed in?” select either Yes or No to continue.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  6. You will be asked to give permission to Zoom, click the “Accept” button to continue.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  7. After Clicking “Accept” you will be redirected to your Zoom Profile page.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

Web Client

NOTE: To use the Web Client, please clear your browser cache & cookies by selecting the key combination of Option+Command+E for macOS devices or Ctrl+Shift+Del for most PC browsers. You may also see https://clear-my-cache.com/ for additional information on Cache clearing.

  1. In your browser, navigate to https://okstate-edu.zoom.us and select “Sign in”. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  2. Continue to step 3 under the Desktop App section above. 
     

Verification

Following the steps in this section will verify the steps in the previous section were completed successfully.

  1. If you are able to see your Zoom profile page when you log in through SSO.
