Purpose
This article guides user through fixing Cowboy mail login after a password reset.
Requirements
- Valid OKey credentials.
- Active O365 license.
- Computer with access to Internet.
Step-by-Step Procedures
- When logging into cowboymail.okstate.edu, you will be prompted with a screen showing your O-Key login address.
- Select the three dots to the right of your email address, and select “Forget”.
- After this you will be able to sign into your account as usual.
