Purpose
This article explains how to clear Microsoft Teams credentials.
Requirements
The user of this article must have access to Microsoft Teams in order to successfully accomplish the following procedures.
Step-by-Step Procedures
Open the control panel app.
In the control panel, locate and select the ‘Credential Manager’ setting.
Click on the ‘Windows Credentials’ icon.
Click on the drop-down arrow for all ‘teams’ items under the “Generic Credentials” section.
Click ‘Remove’ on each Microsoft Teams credential.
