What are the sources that Banner ePrint receives documents from?
Banner ePrint receives documents from the following sources:
- Reports produced from executed Banner jobs (such as through Internet Native Banner (INB) or Applications Manager)
- IBM Cognos Reports
- SAS Reports
- A special DropBox (not affiliated with Online Classroom\D2L\Brightspace)
Scanned Banner Document Imaging files are not created in ePrint. Banner Document Imaging files are scanned in by an individual and saved within the Banner Document Management system.
You need to be logged into your ePrint administrator account to have the option to change the password to the account. If you have forgotten your administrator password you will need to create a service request in TDX to have it reset to the default value.
How do I reset my password for the Legacy ePrint system at http://eprint.okstate.edu?
You will need to submit a request through the access request application to reset the password.
Please note: For those individuals who are using the ePrint link through the Banner Portal on the Employee tab, your O-Key credentials should be passed from the Banner Portal to ePrint automatically. You should not be prompted to enter a user name and password, only to select a repository. Examples of Banner Portal web addresses are: http://my.okstate.edu, http://my.langston.edu, http://my.neo.edu, http://my.connorsstate.edu, http://my.opsu.edu, etc.
How can I get administrative access to ePrint?
You will need to submit a request through the access request application to request the creation of an ePrint administrative account.
