How to Log in to CVENT

Purpose

This article will help CVENT users to log into CVENT.

Requirements

Step-by-Step Procedures

  1. Go to https://app.cvent.com in your browser.

    • Note: This is the standard entry point for Cvent account access.

  2. Click “Log in using Single Sign-On” on the Cvent login page.

    • Note: This option starts the SSO flow from Cvent (service provider–initiated).

  3. When prompted, type OKLUS00020 in the Organization ID field and click “Log In.”

    • Note: This routes you to Oklahoma State University’s internal login system to authenticate.

  4. Enter your O-Key username and password (and complete any multi-factor authentication).

    • Note: You are authenticating with OSU EIT’s identity provider, not CVENT directly.

  5. After successful authentication, you’ll be redirected back into CVENT with your session established via SSO.
