Who receives access to Adobe Creative Cloud?

Only full-time faculty and staff are given access to Adobe Creative Cloud.

Do Students get access to Adobe Creative Cloud?

Students do not have individual access to Adobe Creative Cloud.  OSU EIT is unable to distribute, license, or support Adobe Creative Cloud usage by students.  If a student worker needs access to Adobe products, they can contact their department and request access to university-owned machines that has the Adobe Software they need installed. If a student needs Adobe Creative Cloud for personal use, they will need to purchase a subscription from Adobe. 

Do Part Time / Affiliate / Adjunct / Temp Employees get access to Adobe Creative Cloud?

No type of part-time, adjunct, temporary or affiliate employee has access to Adobe Creative Cloud.  OSU IT is unable to distribute, license, or support Adobe Creative Cloud usage by non- full-time employees.  If an employee needs to have access to Adobe products for work purposes, the employee can contact their department and request access to university owned machines that has the Adobe Software they need installed.  If a non-full- time employee requires a subscription of Adobe Creative Cloud, they will need to have a subscription purchased for them on their behalf by their college or department.  If a non-full- time employee requests assistance with acquiring a subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud from their department or college. Non-full- time employees need to forward the link to their employer and have the recipient fill out the Request Software License form. 

Do Retirees get access to Adobe Creative Cloud?

Retirees do not have access to Adobe Creative Cloud.  Their access ends the day they retire.  If a retiree needs access to Adobe Creative Cloud, they will need to have a subscription purchased for them on their behalf by their college or department.  If a retiree requests assistance with acquiring a subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud from their department or college.
