Purpose
This self help article will help Canvas administrators to login.
Requirements
The user of this article must have administrative access to Canvas in order to successfully accomplish the following procedures.
Step by Step Procedures
- Open a new browser with no tabs logged in to other OSU services using a non-administrative account.
- If step one does not resolve the issue, confirm the login information is correct for the administrative service account in O-Key, setting a new password if needed.
- Confirm the correct Canvas site is being used for the administrative access.
Verification
Following the steps in this section will verify the steps in the previous section were completed successfully.
- Login in to Canvas with your administrative account.
- If login was successful, you have completed this procedure.
- If login was not successful, retry the process.
