Purpose

This technical article will help Service desk employees to review Instructure created support cases and KB information.

Canvas KB’s and support require special accounts to access, the Service Desk uses helpdesklms@okstate.edu account and CIS uses serveradmin@okstate.edu

Instructure support system

  1. Login at https://canvas.okstate.edu with the account used for your area.
  2. Open a new tab and navigate to https://adminconsole.canvaslms.com/s/ 

NOTE: You can also do this in the reverse order but it will have you choose what site to authenticate with.
