How do I access the Print Center web page to upload documents to the Remote Print Release Stations?

You can access the Print Center web page at https://stwprint02.it.okstate.edu/myprintcenter/. After you have authenticated using your O-Key credentials, select the Upload option in the toolbar across the top of the page to upload your file for printing later at one of the Remote Print Release Stations.

How do I send a document to the Remote Print Release Stations for later printing through e-mail.

You can send an e-mail to mobileprint@okstate.edu without any text in the body of the message. You will then receive a verification e-mail. If you are connected on the OSU campus network, click the link in the message to finish the setup process. If you are connected off campus, you will need to connect using the OSUVPN client. After you have initially registered, you can then send e-mails with attachments that can then be released at the Remote Print Release Stations.

How do I setup my Apple based computer to print to the Remote Print Release Stations?

You will need to install the Popup and Notify components from Pharos at https://community.pharos.com/docs/DOC-1650. Once the Pharos Popup and Notify software is installed, you can configure the printer queues on the Apple based computer.

How long do the Print Release Stations keep jobs on the server before they are purged?

The OSU Stillwater Library Release Stations keep jobs for 24 hours before being purged. All other Release Stations purge files after six hours.

How do I download and install the needed printer driver to send a print job to a Remote Printing Station on the OSU Stillwater campus?

Please see the Getting Started section on the webpage https://it.okstate.edu/services/remote-printing/index.html.

I am having trouble accessing Print Center, what should I do?

Print Center is only accessible through OSU Stillwater networks and OSU Stillwater Res-Life networks. If you not using OSU Stillwater or OSU Stillwater Res-Life wired or wireless networks please download and install the OSUVPN, more information on the OSUVPN can be found here  https://it.okstate.edu/services/osuvpn/. If you are still having issues please email helpdesk@okstate.edu or call at 405-744-HELP.
