Where are the OSU IT maintained labs located on the OSU Stillwater campus?

4th Floor General use computer labs room 406, 407, 408 and training lab Room 403.


How do I authenticate (log into) the IT Virtual Labs system, and who is eligible to authenticate?

Current students of OSU Stillwater and OSU Tulsa\CHS can authenticate to the IT Virtual Labs system by using their O-Key credentials (O-Key username or OSU e-mail address and O-Key password). 


How do I connect to the OSU IT Virtual Labs system from my computer?

To connect to the OSU IT Virtual Labs system, you will need to navigate to https://desktop.okstate.edu and either install the VMware Horizon Client or make use of the HTML Access version (Web browser version).  OKEY credentials will need to be used for either access method. 


When I try to save a file in an application on the OSU-IT Virtual Labs system, I receive a restriction error message. How do I transfer\save files while using the OSU Virtual Labs system?

The error message regarding the restriction keeps the files from being saved to the local drive of the OSU Virtual Labs system. However, you can save the file to your OSU provided OneDrive
