OneDrive Storage Limits and Office 365 Access Changes

Active Students, Faculty, and Staff
Active students, faculty, and staff continue to receive 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage.

Retirees and Service Accounts
Effective April 22, 2024, the following changes were implemented for Retirees and Service Accounts only:

  • OneDrive Storage Limit: Reduced from 1 TB to 100 GB.

  • Read-Only Access: If your OneDrive storage exceeds 100 GB after April 22, 2024, your files will become read-only.
We strongly recommend moving your files to an alternate storage solution before reaching this limit.

  • Office 365 Software Access:

    • Desktop versions of Microsoft Office 365 will no longer be available.

    • Online versions of Office apps will remain accessible.
