Intended Audience: Students, Staff and Faculty
Purpose
This article will help students, staff and faculty see their Zoom meetings automatically show on their O365 Calendar.
Requirements
The user of this article must have both Zoom and Office 365 in order to successfully accomplish the following procedures.
Step by Step Procedures
- Go to: https://okstate-edu.zoom.us.
- Sign in using your O-Key credentials.
- Click on the Profile button on the left side of your screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to your Calendar and Contacts Integration.
- If there is a warning stating "OAuth 2.0 Token has expired" click Edit.
- Users will be prompted to Select a Service, choose Office 365.

- Without modifying any settings, users will select "Authorize".

- When prompted with a permissions request, select Accept.
Verification
Your Zoom meetings should now appear in your O365 calendar.
