Intended Audience: Users who are unable to access their O-Key account
Purpose
This Self Help article will help Users who are unable to access their O-Key account to pay their bursar bill without needing to access their O-Key account.
Requirements
The user of this article must have access to the Internet and a valid email address in order to successfully accomplish the following procedures.
Step by Step Procedures

In a web browser, go to registrar.okstate.edu and click on the Forms link at the top of the page.

On the next page, click on the Banner PIN Request link.

Fill out the form and submit it, requesting your Banner ID and Banner PIN.

Look at the top right corner of the form for the email address where you can submit the form.

Once you get the Banner ID and Banner PIN, go to bursar.okstate.edu and click "Authorized User & Alternate Login".

Select "Alternate Login".

Log in using the Banner ID and your Banner PIN.
Verification
Following the steps in this section will verify the steps in the previous section were completed successfully.
