This self-help article will help Canvas users to fix a common error when clicking a Zoom link in Canvas
Requirements
The user of this article must have access to the browser the user is using for Canvas in order to successfully accomplish the following procedures.
Step-by-Step Procedures
- Microsoft Edge:
- Mozilla Firefox:
- On the upper left corner, Click on the shield in the upper-left corner
- Disable the Enhanced Tracking Protection setting
- Clear the cache and cookies for https://canvas.okstate.edu
- Google Chrome
- Visit chrome://settings/cookies
- Enable the "Do Not Track" request
- Add zoom.us and zoom.com to the Sites Allowed list
Verification
Following the steps in this section will verify the steps in the previous section were completed successfully.
