How does an individual reorder a diploma for OSU Stillwater?

All graduates are eligible to receive an original paper diploma shipped via standard USPS mail at no cost. Replacement or duplicate diplomas for OSU graduates can be ordered as outlined below for $50 and include both paper and digital versions. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options.

 

  • Current & Former Students with an Active O-Key Account:
    • Login to Self-Service.
    • Select Student Records from the Student menu.
    • Select Request Replacement Diploma and complete the order.
  • Former Students/Alumni without an Active O-Key Account:

Replacement diploma orders are typically processed within one week, and graduates will receive email notification when their digital diploma is available. Unless expedited shipping is included, replacement paper diplomas are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks of when the digital diploma is available.


How do I donate a dead body for science?

You will need to contact the Manager of Body Donations at the Anatomy and Cell Biology department  (OSU-CHS, not OSU-Tulsa) at 918-561-8446 for more information.


How do I reserve an area in the Student Union, the Atrium, or the Wes Watkins center at the OSU Stillwater campus?

You will need to contact the Registrar’s office at 405-744-6876.


I need to drop a class and I am a student at the OSU Stillwater campus, who can help with that?

I would like to contact the Colvin Recreational Center, how do I do that?

You will need to contact the Colvin Center at 405-744-5510.


I would like to reserve a camping spot at Lake Carl Blackwell, how do I do that?

What department handles Campus Tours on the OSU Stillwater Campus?

The Admissions Office (admissions@okstate.edu, 405-744-5358) handles campus tours on the OSU Stillwater campus.


What is the COI-Smart system?

The COI-Smart system is a system for creating and submitting Conflicts Of Interest (COI) requests. The COI-Smart system credentials will be the OSU email address but the password may not be the same as the O-Key account as users will set up their own password for the COI-Smart system. The COI-Smart system can be accessed at https://my-okstate.coi-smart.com.


Where can OSU Stillwater or Tulsa students print on the Tulsa campus.

OSU Stillwater and Tulsa students can print black and white pages in the 2300 Main Hall computer lab or from the 1st Floor Main Hall Library on the Tulsa campus.


Where is information regarding OSU Faculty Staff travel (such as Travel Forms, Travel Procedures, International Travel, Fiscally Fit Articles, Anthony Travel (Concur Solutions or SAP Concur)?

InfoReady is a tool for managing internal grant competitions, limited submissions, and student research competitions.
