This Self-Help article will help Students, Staff, Faculty, Alumni, and Retirees to remove their O-Key account from a Windows device.

Requirements

Step-by-Step Procedures

  1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices.
  2. Sign in with your O-Key Account Credentials.
  3. On the left-hand side of your screen, click "Devices".
  4. Find and click on the device that you want removed from the account.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Then click "Disable Lost Device".Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

Please Note: This does not disable the account, but it does disable the account on that specific device, allowing another account to be used solely on that device.
