Purpose
This article provide information regarding service accounts and online arrchive.
General Information
- Service accounts will appear with an Online Archive depending on the Outlook client being used.
- Outlook Web App: In-Place Archive – Name, Account
- New Outlook desktop app: Online Archive – Name, Account
- Outlook Classic desktop app: Online Archive – account.name@okstate.edu
- Archive policy governing these accounts may be set in the same manner as personal accounts.
- However, we recommend the account owners or departments provide the policies that will govern group actions regarding Service Accounts and Archiving.
