Teams web app
  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Go to http://cowboymail.okstate.edu/.
  3. Sign-in using your O-Key user account.
  4. After you sign in, pick the 9-dot app launcher next to Outlook in the left corner of the page.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Select Teams to open Microsoft Teams. If Teams is not show, select More apps.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. In the left navigation menu, select Teams.
  7. Select your Team name.
  8. Select the Channel within that team (for example, General).  Note: Files are stored per channel, so you must open a specific channel to see its files.
  9. At the top of the channel, select the Shared tab to view files shared in posts or conversations.
  10. If the file you need is not listed in the Shared tab, click the three dots (… / More options) at the top of the Shared tab.

  11. From the menu, select Open in SharePoint.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  12. The channel’s document library will open in Microsoft SharePoint.
  13. Select Documents.
  14. Locate and open the file you need.
Teams desktop app
  1. Open the Microsoft Teams desktop client and sign-in.
  2. In the left navigation menu, select Teams.
  3. Select your Team name.
  4. Select the Channel within that team (for example, General).  Note: Files are stored per channel, so you must open a specific channel to see its files.
  5. At the top of the channel, select the Shared tab to view files shared in posts or conversations.
  6. If the file you need is not listed in the Shared tab, click the three dots (… / More options) at the top of the Shared tab.
