Service Availability
Requests can be submitted 24/7, and they’re reviewed within Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Fees or Costs Associated with the Service
There is no fee for the first ID Card request, but if an ID card has already provisioned and you have lost or had your previous one stolen. $20 will be charged to your Bursar account for a new card.
