Departments may request additional storage space (quota) for existing departmental network drives to accommodate growth in data usage, support new initiatives, or meet expanding business requirements. All data stored is encrypted both at rest and in transit, and is managed in accordance with university policies and applicable data protection standards.

An estimate will be provided based on the additional storage requested. Departmental approval is required before the quota increase is implemented.
