Faculty and Staff
Service Availability
Requests can be submitted 24/7, however requests are reviewed between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Requests will be fulfilled within 10 business days.
Fees or Costs Associated with the Service.
One-Time Device Charge: $45.00
Monthly Recurring Device Charge: $4.00
All fees are waived if the device is necessary for ADA purposes.
