Overview
Cognos training will be available for creating, scheduling and running Cognos reports.
Features and Benefits
Training will be provided via in-person, Microsoft Teams, video or documentation depending on the user's need and level of expertise. When possible, video training will be provided, which will allow the user to walk thru the training at their own leisure. When questions or issues arise a Microsoft Teams meeting will be scheduled to discuss any topics that may need to be covered.
