.Data Center Operations will work closely with technicians to confirm the details of the downtime, ensuring the announcement is clear, accurate and easy for the public to understand. Scheduled Maintenance Downtime: Planned and communicated a minimum of five business days in advance. Urgent Maintenance Downtime: Planned and communicated less than five but greater than one business day in advance.

Requests can be submitted 24/7. Data Center Operations will respond within 9 hours of receiving a request.
