Service Availability

Spam reports can be submitted 24/7. Most submissions are reviewed within two (2) business days, with adjustments to filters applied as needed. 

Fees or Costs Associated with the Service.

There is no fee for reporting spam emails or receiving support. If additional remediation is required, users will be notified of any related steps or costs in advance.
