Overview
End users will have the ability to request that previous employee IDMS accounts be converted to a service account. (Example: CHS Employees "and" students will often have requests come through to convert user accounts to service accounts because certain CHS employees and students will have had access to HIPAA data).

End users will have the ability to request that previous employee IDMS accounts be converted to a service account. Once the service account conversion is done, the user "may" need to have a new IDMS account with created...should they need an account.
