External employees may request that IDMS staff set accounts as Full Locked or Locked with Mail Routing. End users (Employee Restricted) that have elevated IDMS Administrator access may have the ability to place IDMS accounts into a Full Lock or Locked with Mail Routing status.

External Employees may request that IDMS staff set accounts as Full Locked or Locked with Mail Routing. End users (Employee Restricted) that have elevated IDMS Administrator access may have the ability to place IDMS accounts into a Full Lock or Locked with Mail Routing status.
Lock with Mail Routing Requests on an account are done so that account email can continue to be received into an end user mailbox for business continuity purposes. A departmental employee can either request to have full mailbox access to an email account or be set as a forward to receive incoming mail.
