Banner Duplicates - Requests to Confirm the Good ID

Overview

This service offering will allow end users to request to confirm the Good Account ID for a person that has two Banner accounts assigned to them.  Investiage duplicate IDs to determine which account needs to be kept.

IDMS will research the end user account(s).  The Good ID will be marked by IDMS.
