Who is this Service Offering Available to?
This service offering is available to all faculty and staff across all OSU/A&M campuses.
Service Availability
Requests can be submitted 24/7 and are usually reviewed within three business days. Departments with existing data center partnerships can expect most requests to be completed in under two weeks. However, during peak periods - such as the beginning and end of the semester - some configuration changes may be delayed. New customers or large projects may experience delays due to necessary modifications to the EIT network and building infrastructure.
Fees or Costs Associated with the Service.
Additional costs may apply for cables and connectors beyond standard power and 1Gb Ethernet. Large projects may also require infrastructure modifications (e.g., power, racks, network), with estimated costs provided for approval.
