Available to Stillwater and Tulsa faculty and staff, this service allows departments to request generic ID cards (Activity Cards) for non-affiliated individuals who need limited access to campus resources or facilities.

Service Availability
Requests can be submitted through the IT Service Portal. Cards are typically printed and ready within 1–3 business days, depending on request volume.
Fees or Costs Associated with the Service.
The cost is $17 per Activity Card print, charged to the requesting department’s account number.
