Available to faculty, staff, students, and campus visitors using the OSUGUEST wireless network. Anyone experiencing poor wireless connectivity on the OSU Stillwater, OSU Tulsa, and the Langston University campuses.

Reports can be submitted 24/7. Time to first contact customer is 1 business day. Depending on the nature of the issue, resolution times may vary. The fulfillment time goal is 3 business days.
