Who is this Service Offering Available to?
This service is limited to staff and further limited to Legal Counsel, Office of Internal Audits, Human Resources, and the Student Code of Conduct Office. All other members must be facilitated through Legal Counsel for requests to be approved, and/or submitted.

Requests can be submitted 24/7, and they’re typically reviewed within 5 business days.
