This service allows faculty and staff to have their incoming voicemail messages forwarded to their email address. This provides convenient access to voicemail messages without needing to log into the phone system.

Messages remain in your voicemail box for redundancy.
Only one email address can be configured per voicemail account.
If multiple recipients need access, consider requesting a mail-enabled service account instead.

Service Availability
Requests can be submitted 24/7; however, they are reviewed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requests will be fulfilled within 5 business days.
