Overview
This service allows OSU departments to request the creation, modification, or deletion of Patron Groups in the CS Gold system. Patron Groups are used to simplify granting or revoking access to doors or locations.

Patron Groups can be assigned to multiple doors, rather than assigning a patron to each additional door. They may also be used to explicitly deny access to doors and locations

Modify existing patron groups to accommodate personnel or student membership changes

Delete patron groups that are no longer required to maintain security

Available to OSU departmental administrators who manage door access needs on the Stillwater and Tulsa campuses.
Service Availability
Requests can be submitted 24/7 through the IT Service Portal. They are typically reviewed and completed within 2–3 business days, depending on complexity.
Fees or Costs Associated with the Service.
There is no fee for creating, modifying, or deleting door access groups in CS Gold.
