This article will help you to:

If you are having issues connecting to Eduroam using the steps above, you may have a network conflict with cscwireless or a previous connection saved in your device for Eduroam.
If you have saved the cscwireless network on your device before connecting to eduroam, please remove this network.

If you have saved the cscwireless network on your device before connecting to eduroam, please forget this network.
If you are having issues connecting to Eduroam using the steps above, you may have a previous connection saved in your device for Eduroam.
To remove your C-key credentials from the Eduroam Wi-Fi Network, please use the following instructions to forget the Network.
How to forget the eduroam network:
On your Android device, navigate to the device Settings page by putting your finger at the top of the device's Home page and swiping down.
In the page that opens up, click on the Gear Icon to open Settings.
On the next page, click the Connections button.
On the next page, click the WIFI button. Make certain that the slider is to the right as shown in the screenshot.
On the next page, click the Eduroam button.
On the next (setup) page, do the following:
Choose PEAP from the EAP method drop-down menu.
Enter your C-key login address (not your short username) in the Identity field.
If you also see the Anonymous Identity field, leave it blank.
Enter your C-key password in the Password field.
Choose Use System Certificates from the CA-Certificate drop-down menu.
Online certificate status should be Don't Validate.
Make the Domain ad.okstate.edu.
Open the Advanced page.
In the Advanced page that opens, choose MSCHAPv2 from the Phase 2 Authentication drop-down menu. Then, press the Connect button.
After a few minutes, your device should say, "Connected to Eduroam".
To remove your C-key credentials from the Eduroam Wi-Fi Network, please use the following instructions to forget the network.
On your Android mobile device, navigate to the Settings page by putting your finger at the top of the device home page and swiping down. On the page that opens, press on the Gear Icon to get to the Settings page.
In the Settings page, open “Connections” by pressing the Connections button.
In the Connections page, open “Wi-Fi” by pressing the Wi-Fi button. Make certain that the slider is to the right.
Press the three dots on the top right of the Wi-Fi page.
On the box that opens, press the “Advanced” button.
In the Advanced page, press the “Manage networks” button.
In Manage Networks, press the Eduroam button.
On the next page, press the “Forget" button.
Your device no longer remembers the C-key credentials that were cached in Eduroam. Attempt to connect to Eduroam again by logging into Eduroam with your C-key credentials.
Open the Play Store on your Android device.
Search for “geteduroam” and install the app.
Once installed, open the geteduroam app.
In the app, search for “Oklahoma State University” and select it.
On the next screen, enter your C-key email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@okstate.edu).
Enter your C-key password.
Tap Connect to begin the authentication process.
If successful, you’ll see a confirmation screen indicating that you are connected to Eduroam.
If you are having issues connecting to Eduroam using the steps above.
If you encounter issues, try restarting your Pixel or checking your C-key credentials.
On your Pixel, navigate to the Settings page by putting your finger at the top of the device home page and swiping down. On the page that opens, press on the Gear Icon to get to the Settings page.
Note: If you have a previous eduroam profile, you will need to delete it first. Directions are at the bottom of the page.
Go to cat.eduroam.org
Click the "download your eduroam installer" button.
When prompted to select your institution, select "Institute for Advanced Study"
Click on the "Download your eduroam installer" button for Linux.
Download the CAT installer for our institution from cat.eduroam.org. This will download a Python script, and this may not run on its own.
Open up a terminal window and locate where Python is installed. This can be done by running the command whereis python.
Browse to where python is installed and run python[version] /home/[user]/Downloads/[downloaded installer file]
i.e. python3 ~/Downloads/eduroam-linux-IfAS-Institute_for_Advanced_Study_eduroam.py
Follow prompts and enter your user credentials when prompted.
Join the Eduroam wireless network.
Read the Information page. Click the "OK" button.
Read the scope of the CAT installer. Click the "Yes" button.
Read the compliance policy. Click Yes. Note: If you have installed eduroam prior, an additional prompt saying "Directory /home/cmk/.config/cat_installer exists; some of its files may be overwritten. Continue?" will be presented. Select "Yes"
Enter your Okey email credentials (example, user@okstate.edu) in the labeled boxes and then click the "OK" button.
Type in your password. Click OK.
Re-enter your password. Click OK.
Installation is complete. Click the "OK" button.
In Network Manager, select the wireless network "eduroam".
Here is what the network settings should resemble:
Command line
Open a system terminal.
Type in the following command:
nmcli c delete id eduroam
Press the ENTER key.
Graphical interface
In your computer's notification area, right-click on the NetworkManager Applet icon.
If your computer doesn't have a NetworkManager Applet icon, click the Applications Menu button and navigate to Settings, then to Network Connections.
Select Edit Connections.
In the Network Connections window, select "eduroam", then click the minus (-) button.
When asked if you are sure you wish to delete the eduroam connection, click Delete.
Close the Network Connections window.
