Overview
A person can request that their IDMS system use a Professional Last Name in the Global Address List (GAL) and Online Directory. An acceptable Identity Verification must be accomplished before a Professional Last Name may be provisioned. Identity verification can be accomplished in the following ways:
- Identity Verification Form (IVF)
- Phone Password Response
- MS TEAMs Video Chat
- Walk into Room 421 Classroom Building
- DUO Push
Features and Benefits
IDMS may provision a Professional Last Name at an end users request. Attaining a Professional Last Name can give a person an additional login address choice.
