Follow the steps below to download and install Zoom on your Windows PC, Mac, iPhone/iPad (iOS), or Android device.
ⓘ Before You Begin
- A stable internet connection
- Your NEO A&M College email address and password (for sign-in)
- At least 5 minutes to complete the installation

Installing Zoom on Windows
Estimated time: 3–5 minutes | Requires: Windows 10 or 11
- Open your web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and go to zoom.us/download
- Under "Zoom Desktop Client", click the blue "Download" button.
- Once the file downloads, locate ZoomInstaller.exe in your Downloads folder and double-click it to run it.
- If a User Account Control prompt appears asking "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?", click Yes.
- Zoom will install automatically. When finished, the Zoom sign-in screen will appear.
- Click "Sign In", then select "Sign In with SSO".
- Type neo in the company domain box and click Continue. You will be redirected to the NEO login page.
- Enter your NEO email and password to complete sign-in.
✓ Tip: After installation, Zoom will launch automatically each time you start your computer. You can change this in Settings > General inside the Zoom app.

Installing Zoom on Mac
Estimated time: 3–5 minutes | Requires: macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or later
- Open Safari (or any browser) and navigate to zoom.us/download
- Under "Zoom Desktop Client", click the blue "Download" button.
- Once the file downloads, open your Downloads folder and double-click Zoom.pkg.
- The Zoom Installer window will open. Click Continue, then Install.
- Enter your Mac username and password when prompted to authorize the installation, then click Install Software.
- Click Close when the installation is complete.
- Open Zoom from your Applications folder or Launchpad.
- Click "Sign In", then select "Sign In with SSO".
- Enter neo as the company domain and click Continue. Log in with your NEO credentials.
⚠ Note: If macOS displays a warning that "Zoom.pkg cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer," go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway".

Installing Zoom on iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Estimated time: 2–3 minutes | Requires: iOS 16.0 or later
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store (blue icon with an "A").
- Tap the Search icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Type "Zoom" in the search bar and tap Search.
- Find "Zoom - One Platform to Connect" by Zoom Video Communications and tap Get.
- Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password if prompted.
- Once installed, tap Open (or find the Zoom icon on your home screen).
- Tap "Sign In" on the Zoom welcome screen.
- Tap "SSO" (Single Sign-On).
- Enter neo as the company domain and tap Continue.
- Sign in with your NEO email address and password.
✓ Tip: Allow Zoom access to your microphone and camera when prompted — these are required to participate in video meetings.

Installing Zoom on Android
Estimated time: 2–3 minutes | Requires: Android 8.0 or later
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store (colored triangle icon).
- Tap the Search bar at the top and type "Zoom".
- Select "Zoom - One Platform to Connect" by Zoom Video Communications.
- Tap the green "Install" button.
- Wait for the download and installation to complete, then tap Open.
- Tap "Sign In" on the Zoom welcome screen.
- Tap "SSO" (Single Sign-On).
- Enter neo as the company domain and tap Continue.
- Sign in with your NEO email address and password.
✓ Tip: When Zoom asks for permissions (microphone, camera, storage), tap Allow. These are needed for full meeting functionality.
