How a Primary or Secondary owner can remove a Secondary owner from a NEO service account.
✅ Before You Begin
You must be a Primary or Secondary owner of the service account to remove a Secondary owner.
A service account must keep at least one Secondary owner.
Sign in with your personal O-Key credentials — do not use the service account’s own login.
Step 1 — Locate the service account 🕐 ~2 min
- Log in to your personal O-Key account.
- Click the Service Accounts link on the left-hand side of the page.
- Locate the service account you want to modify.
- Click the Modify link.
Step 2 — Remove the secondary owner 🕐 ~2 min
- Click the Remove Secondary Owner link on the left-hand side of the page.
- Click in the checkbox to the left of the secondary owner you wish to remove.
- Click the Remove button.
⚠ Warning: A service account must have at least one secondary owner. If this is the only secondary owner, add a replacement before removing this one.
