Purpose
This self-help article will help end users know how to request global groups.
Requirements
The user of this article must have access to O-Key Admin in order to successfully accomplish the following procedures.
Step by Step Procedures
You must have access to O-Key Administration to use the Global Group Request page. If you do not have O-Key Administration access, you will want to contact your departmental IT Coordinator (ITC).
- Log into https://okey.okstate.edu/admin
- On the O-Key Account Services Customer Lookup page click on the Global Group Request link on the left hand side.
- On the next page read the instructions and then click on the Single Global Group link if requesting a single Global Group. Click on the Multiple Global Group link if requesting more than one group.
- On the form that shows up, click on the Security Group Radio button.
- Fill out the form per the instructions located on the form.
- Click the Preview button
- When the form is filled out to your satisfaction click the submit button.

Verification
When the global group is provisioned, the requester will receive an email notification that the global group has been created, and populated if the membership is automatic.
