Mass Update the Expiration Date of an Email Distribution Group

Purpose

This self-help article will help end users to understand how to update the expiration date of an email distribution list.

Requirements

Step by Step Procedures

  1. Login in to your schools system:

    1. O-Key

    2. C-Key

    3. Gold Key

    4. Aggie Access

    5. Lion Key

  2. Select the Email Distribution Admin on the left side of the page.

  3. On the next page, a list of the distribution lists should appear.

  4. Locate the distribution list to be manipulated by using the drop-down arrow.

  5. Click the Continue button.

  6. On the form that shows up, click on the Mass Update Expiration button.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  7. Fill in a date in the Date field in the format (mm/dd/yyyy) desired by the application.
  8. You may only update one year into the future.
  9. When the form is filled out to your satisfaction click the Update button.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

Verification

You will be able to see the updated expiration date for the email distribution list members.
