General Information
The Microsoft Authenticator application is generally not recommended by OSU EIT. The authenticator that is recommended by OSU EIT is Duo Mobile. If you are experiencing issues with the Microsoft Authenticator please contact the IT Helpdesk at 405-744-4357 or create a ticket at the Client Portal of your respective college at https://services.okstate.edu/TDClient/277/Portal/Home/.
