When attempting to authenticate to a Duo protected site on Safari for iOS devices (Apple iPhone, iPad, etc.), I am not prompted to authorize my login after entering my credentials. I receive a gray box instead of the Duo prompt.

iOS Content Restrictions can cause Safari to block the Duo authorization prompt on the Central Authentication page. You can verify Content Restrictions by going to Settings, General, Restrictions, and then Websites. If any of the options under Allowed Websites are checked on the Websites screen, Content Restrictions are enabled.

You can either uncheck the option, or add "duosecurity.com" (without the quotes) to the Always Allow section on the Websites screen.

When attempting to authorize a login with Duo, I receive a blank page\screen.

Clearing cache and cookies, closing browser windows, and trying again can allow the Duo prompt to display again.
