This Self-Help article will help Students, Staff, Faculty, and Alumni to Get into DUO on a Military Computer.
Requirements
The user of this article must have access to the Internet in order to successfully accomplish the following procedures.
Step-by-Step Procedures
Please attempt to disable the Menlo Security features in your browser by following the steps below:
- Type in "Internet Options" into search window.

- Click on connections tab.

- Click on "LAN Settings".

- Uncheck the box that says "use automatic configuration script.

If you are unable to access DUO after making that change, please reach out to your Military IT Department.
Verification
Following the steps in this section will verify the steps in the previous section were completed successfully.
- You will be able to access DUO.
