This Self-Help article will help Students, Staff, Faculty, and Alumni to Get into DUO on a Military Computer.

Step-by-Step Procedures

Please attempt to disable the Menlo Security features in your browser by following the steps below:

  1. Type in "Internet Options" into search window.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  3. Click on "LAN Settings".Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Uncheck the box that says "use automatic configuration script.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

If you are unable to access DUO after making that change, please reach out to your Military IT Department.

Verification

Following the steps in this section will verify the steps in the previous section were completed successfully.
