What are the recommended system requirements to upgrade to Windows 11?
You can view system requirements for Windows 11 at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11-specifications . If you are currently using Windows 10, you can also download the PC Health Check application at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11#pchealthcheck to check to see if your computer can upgrade to Windows 11.
To upgrade your system to Windows 11, you must be running Windows 10, version 2004 or later.
Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC.
RAM: 4 GB for 64-bit.
Hard Disk Space: 64 GB for 64-bit OS.
Graphics card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver.
Display: High definition (720p) display that is greater than 9 inches diagonally, 8 bits per color channel.
What is the Office365 Application and Licensing Information for Service Accounts and Retirees?
Retirees and Service Accounts are allotted 100GB of OneDrive storage and only have access to Office 365 and Outlook via web-based applications.

Which version of Microsoft Windows will I need in order to install the operating system upgrades available within the Software Distribution Center?
Fully licensed and activated Windows Operating Systems as dating back to Windows 3.0 can be used to run the Operating System upgrades within the Software Distribution Center.
As a Retiree or Service Account Owner, how do I acquire an Office365 A5 license?
Some departments on the Stillwater campus sponsor an A5 Office365 License for retirees who still work with the University in some capacity. Retirees may contact their department to determine whether this is an available option. These requests will require a department billing code.
Departments may make requests for service accounts to be upgraded to an A5 Office 365 license. This license will require a department billing code.
