The user of this article must have access to Qualtrics in order to successfully accomplish the following procedures.
Step-by-Step Procedures
You can contact Qualtrics Support by following the instructions below:
1. Log in to qualtrics.okstate.edu
2. Click the "?" icon.
3. Click the Visit Support Site link
4. Click Contact Support Icon at top right
5. You should be presented with your O-Key short name followed by #okstate
6. Click the Oklahoma State University link under that and you will be able to access Qualtrics Help.
