Overview
A person can request that their username be changed because of a marriage or divorce. Employees should not be changing their username if they currently have Banner Access. An acceptable Identity Verification must be accomplished before a Username Change may be done.
Identity verification can be accomplished in the following ways:
- Identity Verification Form (IVF)
- Phone Password Response
- MS TEAMs Video Chat
- Walk into Room 421 Classroom Building
- DUO Push
