Microsoft Team Restoration

Overview

This service allows users to request the restoration of a deleted Microsoft Teams group. Deleted groups are retained for 30 days in a “soft-delete” state and can be restored during this time. After 30 days, the group and all associated content are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Service Availability

Requests can be submitted 24/7 through the IT Service Portal. Restorations are typically completed within 1–3 business days, provided the request is made within the 30-day retention window.

Fees or Costs Associated with the Service.

There is no fee to request the restoration of a Microsoft Teams group.
