Purpose

This self-help article will help end users to change their IDMS account contact information.

Your contact information may flow into various systems such as the Email Global Address List and the Online Directory.

Requirements

Step by Step Procedures

Employees

Employees can edit their campus location within IDMS in the Edit Contact Information page.

  1. Log in to your institution's IDMS: 

  2. Click on the Edit Contact Information link on the left hand side.

  3. Enter your campus office address and phone number. DO NOT enter your personal phone number or home address. This information will be displayed publicly under your name in the Online Directory.

Students

Students change their PERMANENT address and phone in the Banner system if they want this information updated on their IDMS account.

  1. Log into your Banner Account
  2. Click on the Self Service button.
  3. Select the "Personal Information" tab.
  4. On the Personal Profile page, locate your permanent address.
  5. Click the Update button to save the changes.

Verification

You will see the contact information change in your account.  Student contact information changes may take 5-10 minutes.
